Memorial Eye Center is fantastic with an awesome staff and outstanding eye doctors. Dr. Luc Waken was absolutely fantastic- he was so kind, caring and took his time. A great young doctor that one can tell he really cares about his patients! Thank You again Dr. Waken..best regards Terry G

As a wee young lad in 1978, I got my first pair of glasses in this building when it was still Texas State Optical. I saw Dr. Warford and Dr. Hutto through the years. I saw Dr. Hutto and the new location on Garth. As the years went by and Dr. Warford and Hutto moved on and eventually passed on, I went to other places, but the revolving door of doctors was frustrating. There was no consistency or continuity of patient-doctor relationship like I had when Dr. Hutto was my main provider. I decided to go back to where it all began. I made an appointment with Dr. Matthews. He was very personable and professional. It was a great experience. The staff was amazing as well. They helped me with trying to figure out my insurance. Sometimes you need to stick with what you know and not try out something new. I am glad I decided to go back.

TSO has always been the place for me to come get my eyes checked here in Baytown. I brought my son here today and the staff and Dr. Mathews were more than accommodating. Dr. Warford knows how to put the best team together.

From the beginning of the appointment to the end of the appointment all of the staff were very kind. My son (6yo) was very comfortable there and they made the entire process for him fun and easy on his first time there. I will continue using this office for my exams and my sons.

The doctors and staff are great at this facility. i would recommend them everyone. I was treated with a great amount of respect. They were very helpful answering any questions i had

TSO Baytown, Tx. My husband & I had appointments today for some testing for macular degeneration, etc, The Staff always makes us feel comfortable & they are always very helpful to answer questions, etc. Doc Chris Warford does a great job for our eye exams & glasses!! Thanks to you all 👀 👍

The whole process from exam to finish was amazing I appreciate how much Dr. Tan explained all my concerns and questions. And the staff is so kind and helpful I definitely could call this best eye doctor experience ever.

When the door opens, Cecelia (or others at the front desk) greets everyone. ❤️ There was minimal wait time before Vanessa did her preparation for me to see the doctor. I move slowly these days and she was very patient.🩷 This was my first time to see Dr. Tan. She reviewed the information Vanessa collected and explained how those results impact my vision and prognosis. 💜
